COOKING
Oven: Place with its vacuum seal in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a gentle boil for about 10 minutes.
Pour the contents into a baking dish, cover and bake at 450°F (230°C) for approximately 10 minutes.
For a golden, crispy skin, remove the lid and continue cooking. under the grill ( broil ) during 5 minutes.
BBQ: Preheat to medium heat. Place on aluminum foil, skin side up. Close the BBQ lid and heat for about 15 minutes.
