All sales performed with Aliments DKL are final. We however ensure high quality on all our products along with a freshness and taste warranty. Should you experience one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will exchange said product or potentially issue a credit corresponding to its value by contacting us at commande@alimentsdkl.com or 418-803-6785 shortly.
It is important to immediately freeze your order upon delivery.
It is your responsibility to inspect products inside your boxes when delivered to ensure they are conform, not damaged or at risk for consommation. We therefore do not refund or accept returns specifically for these reasons: poor use of the product, poor storage or inproper handling. Hence, any product being unused past a reasonable delay will not be either reimbursed or credited.
Should you receive a damaged or defective product, we strongly recommend to immediately take a picture and contact us via email at commande@alimentsdkl.com.
Please ensure to leave all your coordinates to be reached back along with photos. Your request will be assessed within 48h and you will be contacted by a member of our team to solve this issue. If it consists in a mistake on our end, you will be reimbursed.
It is howver impossible to cancel an order once your transaction is completed.
It is of your responsibility to remain available by phone the day of your delivery.
It is of your responsibility to check the delivery address provided is exact and full, when ordering. Should there be a mistake, please contact us immediately to revise your information prior your order is being processed.
It is of your sole responsibility to provide a proper location with appropriate safety and temperature for your order, should you be away at time of delivery.
