DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery options
Aliments DKL usually uses third parties for the delivery of their products. Hence, all products purchased are governed a delivery contract which provides that the title and risks pertaining to the products is supplied when the products are delivered. Once delivered, their condition and consumption is at your own risks, and you are sole responsible for handling, store, use and consume products in a proper and safe way. Aliments DKL is not responsible for any action or omission from their third parties and is not responsible for any late arrival or loss of any kind which occurs when an order is in the hands of a third party.
Dates and times of delivery are approximative. and real delivery may change due to weather conditions or any other factors, some being out of our control. In case of events independant to our will that disturb our capacity to deliver said goods at the established time and date, we will try to deliver your products in the best possible delay.
A delivery notice will be sent to your account's email address to indicate the possible delivery dates, which are usually each wednesday or friday. Aliments DKL is not held responsible should your package is not retrieved where indicated in your account. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery is being performed in a safe area. We will provide any necessary delivery proof required to support it.
Products are deemed delivered when delivered at the indicated location in compliance to provided instruction for delivery when ordering. We suppose anybody at the provided location is authorized to receive the order in your name. Should nobody be there, the package will be left without surveillance at the provided location. It is your responsibility to provide complete and clear instructions for delivery.
It is your responsibility to inspect all products when received to detect any damage or discrepancy. You are the sole responsible to determine freschness of the received products. Should a product seems suspicious or not fresh at time of delivery, kindly inform us immediately so we can solve this issue as per our return and reimbursment policy.
Once products are received and inspected, immediately put all items to freezer.
Our shipping boxes includes a thermal insulation and dry ice to keep products frozen over a 48 hour period. Any degredation of product will be under your responsibility once delivered. Should you be unable to retrieve your order, it is your responsibility to find a solution to avoid product's freshness to spoil.
