COOKING
Thaw salmon in cold water (about 30 minutes) before cooking.
Oven : Leave salmon on board, place in 425°F (218°C) oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 158°F (70°C).
Tip: Place a baking sheet on the bottom rack.
BBQ : Heat to 425°F, leave salmon on plank and cook for about 18 minutes or until flesh flakes easily.
