COOKING
BBQ : defrost beforehand with its sous-vide in cold water. Cook covered, at medium-high temperature, for 10-12 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
Oven: Bake from frozen, uncovered, at 375°F for 16-18 minutes per side. The core temperature of our pork medallions should be 63°C.
