COOKING

BBQ: Medium-high heat to sear the bacon and finish cooking indirectly until the desired internal temperature is reached:

1. 56°C (130°F) – rare
2. 63°C (145°F) – rosé
3. 71°C (160°F) – medium
4. 77°C (170°F) – well done
