Our lamb shank is exceptionally tender. It is cooked sous-vide in its own cooking juices and a few spices. We only use the hind shanks, which allows us to offer a portioned product that is very generous in meat.
COOKING
Thaw the product without opening the bag.
Oven : Place the product (with or without fat) on a baking sheet and bake at 250°F for just a few minutes or until desired temperature. Microwave cooking is also possible (about 2 minutes, once defrosted).
Sous vide: Thawed in boiling water for about 15-20 min
