Wrapped in bacon or not, this meat is tender and tasty when grilled and is a more economical choice. We recommend that you choose from your preferred cooking level (blue, rare, medium-rare or well done). Cooking can be done in a pan, on the BBQ or in the oven.
COOKING
Pan: Melt a knob of butter and sear all sides. Finish cooking in the oven at 350°F for 6-8 minutes for medium-rare or 10-12 minutes for well-done meat.
BBQ : Sear before cooking over indirect heat for 6-10 minutes (350°F).

- 145°F (63°C) – rosé
- 160°F (71°C) – medium
- 170°F (77°C) – well done
