Try our generous portions of arancini made with arborio rice, parsley, basil, parmesan, smoked provolone and white wine. Each ball is stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella in the center.
COOKING
Deep Fryer: Fry frozen for a few minutes.
Oven: 375°F – 400°F (thawed: 15 minutes / frozen: 20-25 minutes).
Pair them with a simple marinara sauce or homemade mayonnaise flavored with herbs and you won't be able to stop!
