COOK FROM DEFROST
Defrost with its vacuum seal in cold water.
Oven: Bake at 375°F (191°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached.
BBQ: Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
