COOKING
Submerge in its vacuum-sealed bag in cold water for 30-45 minutes or until thawed. Can also be placed in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Oven: at 350°-375°F, for 25-30 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
