COOKING
Skillet: Place the frozen or thawed portion into a sauté pan, skillet, or wok and add your desired seasonings.
Once the meat slices begin to loosen, continue to separate them with a spatula. Cook until the product has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
Tip: Submerge in its vacuum-sealed pouch in a pot of boiling water for quick cooking. Finish in a skillet to sear, if desired.
