Cooking methods

Boiling

Place the frozen dumplings in a pot of boiling water. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until tender and heated through.

In soup

Add the frozen dumplings directly into the broth during the last few minutes of cooking.

After boiling them, place them in a hot skillet with a little butter or a drizzle of oil. Brown for a few minutes on each side.
