Pre-seared, frozen, vacuum-sealed tuna tataki – 16 × 3 oz

The DKL Foods tuna tataki simplifies the preparation of a refined appetizer or a meal inspired by Japanese cuisine. Already seared and ready to eat after thawing, it allows you to focus on presentation and side dishes.

Slice it thinly, arrange it on a plate, and serve with ponzu, teriyaki, or soy sauce, depending on your taste. For a unique touch, serve it with a cilantro or wasabi mayonnaise.

Each box contains 16 portions of 3 oz, which is approximately 85 g per unit and 1.36 kg in total. The product is frozen and vacuum-sealed, a practical format for planning multiple meals.

Add the tuna tataki to your cart for your next appetizer or dinner with friends.

Why choose this tuna tataki?

It is already seared

You do not need to perform the initial searing of the tuna. After thawing according to the package instructions, simply slice and serve.

Tataki is a preparation of tuna seared on the surface: already seared does not mean fully cooked through. It maintains the character of a raw or lightly cooked fish preparation.

An easy-to-customize presentation

The thin slices allow for a variety of presentations. Arrange them in a fan shape for an appetizer, over a crisp salad, or in a meal bowl with the side dishes of your choice.

You can also serve the tataki with sautéed vegetables prepared separately.

Portions to suit your menu

The 16 × 3 oz format allows you to choose the quantity according to your guests and the type of meal.

One unit can serve as the base for an appetizer. For a more generous main course, plan for more tuna and complement with rice, vegetables, or a salad.
