5. Ensure an internal temperature of at least 74 °C (165 °F).

BBQ

1. Preheat the BBQ to medium heat.
2. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side.
3. Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
4. Minimum internal temperature: 74 °C (165 °F).

Air Fryer

1. Preheat to 190 °C (375 °F).
2. Place the breasts without overlapping.
3. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through.
