COOKING (frozen)
Deep fryer: at 350°F (177°C) for 4.5 minutes.
Oven: at 425°F (218°C). Heat the fillets for 14-16 minutes, then brown at high heat for 6 minutes.
Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
