Preheat to 350 to 375 °F (175 to 190 °C).
Place the still-frozen breasts on a baking sheet.
Heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
Since the product is already cooked, simply heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 74 °C (165 °F).

Heat at 350 °F for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the breasts halfway through cooking.
