COOKING
Oven: Plunge from frozen into a pan of boiling water for 2-4 minutes or until tender and hot inside.
To serve in soups, immerse them directly in the broth at the end of cooking.
To serve as a starter or meal, serve boiled or roast them in a hot pan with butter or a drizzle of oil. A few minutes on each side is enough.
