Osso bucco is a traditional Milanese dish, very fragrant, made of braised shank slices. Place the shank on a nice mashed potato or accompanied by your homemade risotto, it will be a hit.

Being already cooked, all you need to do is reheat. A comforting and oh so succulent meal, ready in just 30 minutes. Ideal for cold winter evenings.

COOKING

For quick defrosting, immerse it in a frozen state with its vacuum seal in a container of cold water. Otherwise, place it in the refrigerator.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes, on the center rack.
