COOKING (frozen)
Deep fryer: at 350°F (177°C) for 4.5 minutes.
Oven: 425°F (218°C). Reheat fillets for 14-16 minutes, then brown on high for 6 minutes.
Cook thoroughly, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
