4 x tartare with 2 salmons (200 g) with its marinade (sauce made with homemade mayo, capers, Dijon mustard, fine herbs).
7 x beef tartare (65 g) with its marinade (lightly tomato sauce, pickle, Dijon mustard, salt, paprika, parsley).
NOTE: The portion of beef tartare is a starter portion, for a meal portion, prepare 2 sachets per person.
COOKING
Defrost in the fridge or with its vacuum seal in a bowl of cold water. Add the sauce sachet, mix with a fork and garnish with sprouts or your choice. Serve immediately.
